 Important Notice

Last updated: Monday, 27 April 2020. All information accurate at this time.

As part of our preparedness plan with regard to COVID19 and to ensure that we maximise the safety of patients and our staff, we at Mater Dei Hospital have made important changes to our protocols, hospital setting and other procedural care setting.

As part of our robust COVID19 prevention and control, we are temporarily suspending our visiting hours. These restrictions may be difficult for patients and their loved ones, but Mater Dei Hospital is taking these necessary steps to protect patients and staff. This policy is temporary and is being done to safeguard the health of our patients. This policy does not apply when visiting children and in other extraordinary situations. In these circumstances, our nursing staff will advise relatives accordingly.

With regards to hospital appointments, we are contacting patients to rearrange or postpone appointments. However, please continue to attend appointments unless you are notified by us. Patients are being notified if their appointment has moved by phone call. If you cannot attend because you are self-isolating or do not want to attend, please inform us.
