
Our Services
Description
The Psychological Services within the Health division aim at improving the quality of life and the psychological well-being of individuals. The main objectives of these services are to offer psychological support, therapy and assessment for children, adolescents, adults and staff.
These services are delivered through 4 teams working in different areas:
- One team in General Health
- Two teams in Mental Health
- One team for Children & Adolescents
Procedure
Persons are generally referred by a recognised specialist in the relevant field. In the case of staff-support self referrals are accepted.
Eligibility
All persons making use of the National Health Services in Malta and Gozo under the current practice.
Required Documents
Identity Card or anther identification document and a ticket of referral signed by the relevant specialist.
