Alternatively you can download a data request form (EN/MT) and send it to us by e-mail on healthinfo@gov.mt We will process your request and get back to you as soon as possible.

Declaration DHI will be acknowledged in any publications / presentations bases on the data provided. For patient identifiable data kindly refer to our policy for requests for data files. We are committed to protecting our clients’ privacy, as per the Data Protection Act 2018, and we will not collect any personal information about you unless you provide it voluntarily. Any information submitted will be used to respond to your request and will be held for a maximum of 5 years for departmental audit purposes.
