Healthy Weight for Life

Disclaimer: Due to the current Covid19 Pandemic, our weight management programmes are being carried out online. 

The aim of the weight management programme is to give participants, who wish to lose weight, the knowledge and skills to reduce and maintain a healthy weight.

This online programme  consists of a 1.15 hour informative session on nutrition and healthy weight and two 45 minute sessions of physical activity. Both sessions are held on a weekly basis for a duration of 8 weeks.

Applicants must be over 18 years of age with a Body Mass Index (BMI) over 25. Kindly seek medical advice before you apply. Priority is given to first time applicants.
