Disclaimer: Due to the current Covid19 Pandemic, the resilience programme is being carried out online. 
The Health Promotion and Disease Prevention Directorate is organizing an online Resilience Building Programme with the aim of helping the individual to strengthen resilience.

Resilience is the ability to recover from setbacks and adapt to challenging circumstances. It is a tool that empowers the individual to feel effective and capable of handling uncertainties. The good news is that resilience is a skill and quality that can be learnt and enhanced.

The sessions will run as small groups once a week (1 ½ hours) online for 7 weeks. For further information, please call on 2326 6000 or send an email to health.pro@gov.mt​.

Applicants must be over 18 years of age. Priority is given to first time applicants.
