Structure
The People Management Division is
headed by a Director General assisted by two Assistant Directors, Managers
and other clerical and administrative staff. Apart from being responsible
for the Human Resources Strategy within the Ministry for Health, this team
performs duties related to Resourcing, Industrial Relations,
Training, Data Management and People Management amongst
others.
This Division is represented by
Human Resources units within the respective hospitals/health units who
assist with the implementation of the central strategy.
