 Standards for educational institutions offering programmes of studies in nursing leading to professional registration as a nurse​

All Educational Institutions interested in offering courses leading to a Nursing Registration need to present a detailed Course Prospectus to the Council for Nurses and Midwives to be reviewed by the Council's Education Committee. They also would need to satisfy the Council’s Standard Criteria as outlined in the document hereunder.

ELECTION FOR THE MEMBERS OF THE COUNCIL FOR NURSES AND MIDWIVES INFORMATION AND FORMS

The Council for Nurses and Midwives would like to inform all eligible voters who are registered as 1st Level Nurses, 1st Level Nurses (Special Parts) and Midwives that the ballot papers for voting for the candidate/s for the choice have been mailed and eligible voters should start receiving the ballot papers as from Friday 15th July 2022.

Votes can only be sent by post to the post office PO BOX address in the self-addressed envelope which will be sent with the ballot paper by not later than Monday 1st August 2.00pm.Any eligible voter who does not receive the voting document by can contact the office of the Registrar on 25953305/6/7.

If the vote has been returned to the office, the voter will be able to collect the said vote personally only from the office of the Registrar by appointment (Monday to Friday between 8.00am and 12.00pm) by presenting the ID Card.
